Returns & Refunds Policy


  • Proof of purchase is required for all products purchased in-store or online. If not provided, your order number will be used to locate the invoice.

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days. EFT refunds may take up to 7 additional business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

  • Certain products are non-returnable.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Cash refunds are not offered. A valid proof of bank account must be provided via email to process EFT refunds.

Additional Conditions:


  • Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.


  • Custom or personalized items can only be replaced if they arrive damaged or made incorrectly. Customers are responsible for ensuring measurements and specifications are correct, as custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged due to incorrect details.




  • Products purchased on “Promo” or Clearance , including shower doors, glass, and mirrors, are non-returnable.



  • If items are returned by the customer, the store is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

     



Delivery Policy


  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • All deliveries are shipped via Kargo, which services long-distance locations. Please note that Kargo does not collect or deliver on weekends.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Kargo’s schedule.

  • Any damages or missing items must be reported to Hyper Home within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For self-collection, items must be picked up within 7 days of notification.

  • Hyper Home may suspend deliveries to an address if the delivery location is unsafe for our drivers. 

  • If no one is available to receive your order, it will be returned to the store. A second missed delivery attempt will result in order cancellation. Refunds will be issued for the items, but delivery fees are non-refundable.
